There are four things you need to purchase and watch films on our streaming platform.
- An Account. See Creating an Account section for details on creating a free account or resetting your password. To create an account click on the yellow button on the top right of the screen.
- A valid credit or debit card A Visa, Mastercard or Debit card can be used.
- An internet connection Broadband and fibre are supported. However, if your connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during streaming. Those on basic ADSL plans should limit the number of devices on their network and consider 720p or Auto resolution to improve performance. (Click the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the player to select the streaming quality of a film.)
- A screen to watch on Stream films directly on your computer or laptop screen; cast from your computer, laptop or handheld device to a TV via Chromecast or Apple TV; or connect from your computer or laptop to a TV via an HDMI cable.
Your home setup must meet our System Requirements: Computer or laptop with a supported browser Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Opera. Mac OSX 10.7 or later: Safari We recommend using the latest version of your browser. Internet Explorer and earlier versions of Safari may require you to install Flash or Widevine plugins. • Note: Firefox is not supported on all operating systems. • Note: Google Chrome is not supported for Mac users. Please use your Mac’s native browser Safari.
Television For the best viewing, we recommend an HDMI cable from your computer or laptop to your TV. Casting may be available from the app or Google Chrome browser, provided your TV is Chromecast-enabled or you have a Chromecast or Apple TV device. Your TV will need to be connected to the same WiFi network as your laptop, phone or tablet. Please check your TV and device specifications.
• Note: Screen mirroring and screensharing is not supported. • Note: Casting from Google Chrome browser on a Mac to Chromecast is not supported. • Note: Streaming via a Smart TV’s in-built web browser is not supported. • Note: An adaptor may be required to connect an HDMI cable to your computer or laptop. Please check the specifications of your hardware.
Screen devices and browsers will register automatically as you use them. You may have up to three registered on your account but may only stream from one at a time. Devices can be removed in the My Devices section of your account. We strongly recommend you take time to get set up before you settle in for your first film. You can always do a “test run” using one of the free films on the platform.

WAYS TO WATCH
DIRECT CONNECTION: COMPUTER TO TV One way to watch on your TV is by directly connecting your computer (or other devices) to your TV via HDMI cable. Here are guides on how to connect using a Mac and if using a PC
APPLE AIRPLAY Using your Apple computer, iPhone or iPad, go to the AirPlay icon. Connect to your Apple TV by entering the code. Your device screen should appear as a mirror on your TV. If AirPlay isn’t working from your laptop, try connecting from an iPhone/iPad. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use AirPlay.
Stream directly from a tab in the Chrome internet browser to a TV connected to a Chromecast device from your Mac or PC computer. Note: At this time, Chromecast is not available to cast from Apple iOS devices, like the iPhone and iPad. Once your Chromecast is set up you can stream directly from your computer. Here’s a guide on how to use Chromecast from your computer.
On the video page, open the Chrome menu in the upper right corner of the window (or the View menu) and select Cast. Make sure the tab you want to be displayed is the one you are selecting to cast. The Cast icon may also be displayed in the bottom right of your video player.
Select your Chromecast source (consider selecting Chrome tab) and your Chromecast destination. Chromecast will then be connected, and video will be playing on your TV.
To disconnect from Chromecast, click the blue Stop icon next to your casting destination.
If there are any issues with the Chromecast stream, try setting the video to a lower quality.
